1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Items damaged due to misuse after delivery

  • Used travel accessories or gear showing wear and tear

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

  • Contact info@nomadtrail.store within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number and clear images or videos of the issue.

  • Our team will verify and arrange a replacement or a full refund.

4. Refund Methods and Timelines

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after inspection and approval.

  • EasyPaisa and JazzCash refunds will be transferred back to the original account.

  • COD refunds are issued through EasyPaisa or JazzCash after verification.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the error is on our side (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will cover return shipping costs.

  • If the customer returns the product due to a change of mind, the shipping cost must be borne by the customer.

6. Exchanges

  • Products can be exchanged if the desired item is in stock.
